2019. 8_ Poster design, poster designThe Abandoned Baby Island is an effort by child welfare agencies to protect abandoned babies. The purpose of establishing "abandoned infant safe island" is to prevent abandoned infants from being invaded by bad environment in the wild, and to extend the survival period of infants, as a receiving facility and temporary shelter for abandoned infants. However, the establishment of abandoned infant islands is also a disguised connivance and encouragement of abandoning behavior, which is inconsistent with the law prohibiting abandoned infants. This also gives many parents a "right reason" to abandon their babies. Even if they meet the requirements for raising babies, they will think that their children will have a better life through the baby hatch. Babies who could have a complete family can only share welfare resources with dozens of children in the orphanage. The malicious abandonment of infants not only brings certain pressure to the social welfare system, but also brings serious harm to the infant's future physical and mental development.
I hope that this project will cause people to reflect on the act of abandoning babies. And I pray that there will be a better social system to help children grow up healthily.
弃婴安全岛 "是儿童福利机构为保护弃婴所做的努力。建立 "弃婴安全岛 "的目的是为了防止弃婴在野外受到不良环境的侵袭，延长婴儿的存活期，是弃婴的接收场所和临时庇护所。然而，"弃婴岛 "的设立也是对弃婴行为的变相纵容和鼓励，与法律禁止弃婴的规定不符。这也给了很多父母弃婴的 "正当理由"。即使他们符合养育婴儿的条件，他们也会认为通过婴儿孵化，他们的孩子会过上更好的生活。本可以拥有一个完整家庭的婴儿，却只能与福利院的几十个孩子共享福利资源。恶意遗弃婴儿不仅给社会福利制度带来一定的压力，也给婴儿未来的身心发展带来严重的危害。
我希望这个项目能引起人们对弃婴行为的反思，也希望有更好的社会制度帮助孩子们健康成长。
I created an unreal space to simulate a castaway island themed park. I also created some tickets, posters and tour posters about the park.
